Please make sure to advise on the correct shipping address to ensure that you piece arrives timely and with no disruptions.

Each piece is handcrafted to order, therefore please allow up to three weeks for the purchased piece to reach you.

Please note, delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or in case of extreme weather conditions. Please contact me if you have not received your order in three weeks.

International guests, please be aware that you may have to pay duties and taxes on your pieces once they arrive in your country. Your local post office or customs office would be able to advise how this applies to you. YU STEPANEL is not and will not be responsible for any duties, levies, takes, etc. in your respective country. Packages that are refused due to customs and duty fees will not be refunded.



If your chosen piece is a gift, I am happy to send it directly to the third party, just write we a note with the details!



I would love to receive the feedback on your experience in purchasing and wearing the YU STEPANEL pieces, but I respect your privacy and understand if you chose not to share that.



I am always happy to hear your special requests, so please do not hesitate to get in touch and I shall do my best to work towards making it happen!


If your piece is unfortunately damaged on arrival, please contact me for replacement. All packaging should be returned, so a claim may be made on my end with the shipper and a new piece will be shipped upon receipt of returned pieces.

Packages that are refused due to customs and duty fees will not be refunded.

I want you to enjoy your newly purchased piece and should the quality of the received piece  be not to your liking please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I would be happy to discuss the matter on individual basis and replace the item as per our discussion. Please be sure to return the piece in question in the original condition as shipped: unworn, unwashed nor treated in any manner, and in its original packaging.



The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

Earrings (for hygienic reasons)

Pieces which were modified, customised and/or altered according to your specification

Pieces crafted as highly customised, special request orders

Items damaged or altered while in your care (wear and tear)

Items past their return date

Delayed shipping that is not over three weeks
